To make your booking experience as easy as possible, we have answered your most common questions!
Yes, we bought you a pass so you can use Banff’s local public transit system: ROAM Transit.
- This pass includes our Banff local transit in the Town of Banff
- Stops include the Banff Gondola, the Upper Hot Springs, Lake Minnewanka and more.
- Services to Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon are extra.
Visit the Front Desk for your complimentary ROAM guest pass and schedule.
Check-in any time from 4:00 pm onwards, while check out is by 11:00 am.
There is no deposit required for single reservations booked directly with us! All we need is a credit card on file as a guarantee on the room and the ability to enforce our cancellation policy.
For bookings of 3 rooms or more we require a deposit of 1 night + tax, this deposit is refundable if cancelled outside of our 72hr cancellation policy.

Yes, we are pet friendly. We have limited numbers of pet-friendly rooms. Please call our Reservations Team who will be able to confirm whether we have any pet rooms available. The pet fees apply, $30 per pet, per night plus tax.

Yes, all of the water in Banff is rated as high quality groundwater by environment Alberta. It tastes great and there are plenty of refill fountains around town, so make sure you bring your water bottles!

Hotel guests park for free! We have an onsite parkade with quite a few spaces and is first come, first serve.
Our parking height limit is: 6′ 4″ or 1.93m.
On check-in a pre-authorisation equal to your total anticipated stay plus $100 per night, for incidentals will be placed in a “holding-state” on your credit card. On checkout, if you use your credit card to pay for the room, the room amount will be processed and the deposit will be released. Credit card holds usually take 3-10 business days to clear. If after 10 business days the amount has not cleared, we advise you to contact your credit card company directly.
To avoid penalty of first night room rate plus taxes, reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of No-Show, the first night room rate plus taxes will be charged.
The hot pool, fitness room and sauna are open from 7am until 11pm daily.
